These terms apply to your use of Jarvis, including the Jarvis bot in Microsoft Teams, and any related channels (e.g. SMS, voice) that may be offered.
Jarvis is a personal productivity assistant that helps the account owner manage tasks, priorities, and a “parking lot” list. When you interact with the Jarvis bot (for example in Teams), your messages may be used to add or update items on that owner’s lists. The bot may reply to confirm or to ask for clarification.
You may use Jarvis only for lawful purposes and in line with your organization’s policies. You must not:
Use of the Teams bot may also be subject to your organization’s terms and the Microsoft Teams terms of service.
Jarvis is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results (e.g. task or list updates) will be complete or accurate. You use the service at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of Jarvis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on the bot’s responses or list updates.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of Jarvis after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
